Where behavioral health, performance, and systems change come together to drive real outcomes.

Built for people. Designed for impact.

about forge

FORGE was built to deliver structured, credible programming that supports recovery, reintegration, behavioral health, education, and long-term well-being.

Our work sits at the intersection of individual growth and system-level impact—designed to support both the people moving through challenges and the organizations responsible for serving them.

We focus on building resilience, strengthening accountability, and creating pathways toward stability and performance that last.

why forge exists

FORGE was built to deliver structured, credible programming that supports recovery, reintegration, behavioral health, education, and long-term well-being.

Our work sits at the intersection of individual growth and system-level impact—designed to support both the people moving through challenges and the organizations responsible for serving them.

We focus on building resilience, strengthening accountability, and creating pathways toward stability and performance that last.

how forge is built

FORGE is designed as an integrated model—bringing together behavioral health, education, and wellness into a single, structured framework.

This approach recognizes that lasting change does not happen in one area alone. It requires:

behavioral awareness and accountability

skill development and education

physical and mental well-being

By aligning these elements, FORGE creates programming that is both practical and adaptable across a range of environments.

what makes forge different?

integrated by design

FORGE combines disciplines that are often separated, creating a more complete and effective approach to growth and change.

structured and consistent

built for real-world environments

FORGE is designed to operate within justice systems, schools, workplaces, and community settings—not ideal conditions.

Programming is delivered through clear frameworks that promote accountability, engagement, and follow-through.

focused on long-term outcomes

The emphasis is on stability, resilience, and sustained progress—not short-term participation alone.

looking forward

FORGE is built to grow through partnership.

As systems continue to seek more effective approaches to recovery, reintegration, behavioral health, education, and wellness, FORGE is positioned to support that work with structured, adaptable programming.

The focus remains the same:

strengthening individuals, supporting systems, and creating meaningful, lasting outcomes.

Meet the Founder

FORGE was founded by Kody Christensen through direct work in justice, reentry, and community-based systems. Through firsthand experience, it became clear that while many programs exist, few are built with the structure, consistency, and integration required to create lasting change.

Kody developed FORGE to bridge that gap; building programming that is practical, scalable, and aligned with the real-world challenges individuals, organizations, and systems face every day.

His work focuses on connecting behavioral health, performance, and reintegration into unified, outcome-driven solutions that can be implemented across diverse settings. Through FORGE, he is committed to developing systems that don’t just deliver services; but create measurable, sustainable impact.
